5 Simple ways to be happy

BEING HAPPY is a state of mind of being satisfied, full of joy, enjoying our work with a precious thing that is SMILE. In our day to day activity we get so engaged in our work that we don't even bother the things which make us happy, which leads to stress and miss-management.  So, here are some short tips of being happy:


1)LIVE IN PRESENT MOMENT: Instead of bothering about your past, which you can't change and worrying about future, which is unknown, why don't we just focus on our present and enjoy it. Our future will be fruit-fulled. Thinking about past and future won't benefit us, it will just increase our stress level.


2)OPPOSITE VALUES ARE COMPLEMENTARY: You can experience joy of happiness only when you have faced bitter situation.

                      WITHOUT SADNESS, THERE IS NO HAPPINESS

                                WITHOUT NO THERE IS NO YES

                              WITHOUT HIGH THERE IS NO LOW, 

                                WITHOUT  UP THERE IS NO DOWN

When you realise this your mind will maintain equanimity, otherwise we will keep getting hassled over small things. We should not lose faith, keep believing that this situation will pass over, helps us with stability. We should accept opposite values, they help us in building human qualities.

  Welcome the antonym of our life and try to learn synonyms for them!


3)DO NOT BE A FOOTBALL OF OTHER'S OPINION: Why do you bother what other's say about you? If someone calls you 'dumb', why do you get affected? are you seriously dumb? It's their point of view. Be what you are. Don't let other's affect you, you are strong enough to prove them wrong, believe in yourself and accelerate towards your goal.

                    But do listen what other's say about you. I'm asking you to listen and don't let it affect you. Self analyse if it's a requirement, do implement it in yourself otherwise leave and move ahead.


4) ACCEPT PEOPLE AS THEY ARE: Imagine if someone asks you to change yourself, would you do it? NO, right! Then why to expect other's to change for you? NO one will change themselves for you unless they want to. Being the way you are is itself a form of personality. Accept as they are,  build and maintain relationships and learn to adjust.


5)DON'T SEEK INTENTION BEHIND OTHER'S MISTAKES OR ACTIONS: A sign of maturity is forgiveness. Believe what is happened is happened, that is past and move on. Always remember when we make other's feel guilty, they grow distant. Make them realise their mistakes but do not create culprit consciousness in them and do not make them feel guilty repeatedly, just point  the lesson.


BECAUSE HAPPINESS IS WHEN WHAT YOU THINK, WHAT YOU SAY AND WHAT YOU DO IN HARMONY. HENCE, HAPPINESS + AWARENESS = OPTIMAL LIFESTYLE.
