A leader is someone who is,
L- Limitless
E- Eager
A- Amazing
D- Determined
E- Energetic
R- Robust
This definition itself defines the LEADER , as a person of absolute knowledge and study in his field with the above qualities in himself. 

A leader  is not limited to leading his career or the team, but rather developing his own personal life full of discipline and be a disciple of his own thoughts for choosing the right and the wrong for himself. This enables him to be purely rich in his acts,thoughts and wisdom. 

When a person becomes a leader, he himself creates a mansion of openness where he owes to lead his team for their success and learn many things from them every single day! His brain is an open library for everyone. He is ready to let others read books from it and add new books to his collection. He succeeds by creating his own future. Hence,  "To lead is to inspire,energise and influence" ...

As per "Leadership wisdom from The Monk Who Sold his Ferrari", leadership is all about focused action in the direction of a worthy purpose. Leadership is about realising that 'the impossible is generally the untried'. Leadership is not about position, its about action. The action they do, decides their future. 

 In terms of professional way, leadership is about helping people to liberate the fullness of their talents while they pursue a vision. Leaders instill in their people a hope for success and a belief in themselves. A
Leader is one , for whom the past is just like the blank screen, where everything appeared beforehand , which taught him the lessons, and from now onwards, his goal is only to move forward with new motives and reach milestones. He should be proud of his team before he is proud of himself. An ideal leader is one, who takes well planned dynamic decisions, ofcourse with the approval of his team...

Leadership  is all about motivating and get motivated. So, use the LEADER formula of success as per my definition and work hard... Think and then act... All the best!

 In the dense canopy, There lives the family. Each different from others, Depending on one another. Amongst all the families, Cheetahs are my orange lilies.  The bravest & accurate of all Indeed the fastest after all!  Eyes of the precise favors, Coat Spots of unique flavors.  Long Tail just like the radars, Legs help run faster than cars. The fierce felines hunt during the day, With strategies of quietly stocking the prey. They are always full of energy and pride, Nurses their youngs as the best guide. Now they're not the same, As they were before the frame. Sadly, now threatened by humans, It's time to be aware of lessons. Activities like poaching & hunt, Disturb their lives and trust. The perfect time has now come, To protect them & record their sum. Cheetahs need to be conserved, Their habitats need to be preserved. Let's examine & stop the ignorance, All in our hands to make the difference!
